Dr. Seth Goodman is a board-certified dermatologist and dermatologic surgeon. He received his medical degree from Des Moines University in 2013. From there, he completed a one-year traditional internship at Arrowhead Regional Medical Center in San Bernardino, California. Prior to starting residency training, he completed a two-year cutaneous oncology preceptorship in Lake Havasu City, AZ. His three-year residency was spent throughout central Utah, at the Aspen Dermatology residency program, where he graduated in 2019. He then moved back to Arizona to practice medicine.
Dr. Goodman is a general dermatologist specializing in the treatment of skin conditions of any type, including patients of any age and ethnicity. His particular interests lie in skin cancer prevention and treatment, including the specialized procedure known as Mohs surgery. He received 3 years of continuous training for this procedure during his residency. He has co-authored several publications in various medical journals. Dr. Goodman is a member of the American Academy of Dermatology, as well as the American Osteopathic College of Dermatology and the American Society for Dermatologic Surgery.
Dr. Goodman is proficient in speaking Spanish. He was born in Tucson, AZ, and was raised in Tustin, CA. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his wife, three sons, and their family pet, a yellow lab.
